How can you prevent cancer? The number one thing you can do to prevent cancer is by maintaining a balanced pH level in your body. Virtually all degenerative diseases including cancer, heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, kidney and gall stones, and even tooth decay are associated with excess acidity in the body. Your body is a finely tuned mechanism that will seek to maintain a constant pH 7.4 in the blood. This is what is called homeostasis.
